Do you accept credit card payments?
For credit card payment, we will be using PayPal as our medium to receive payment. Kindly note that there will be a surcharge of 4.4%, and bank fixed fee about SGD 60 that will be imposed for the credit card payment. We will add the surcharge fee on the invoice ,this surcharge will be deducted by the PayPal system when you make payment. We highly suggest bank transfer for payment method so that you do not need to pay for any surcharge.
What is the booking process? Do we need to sign any contract?
Yes, all our apartment booking will need to sign a Tenancy Agreement.
Once you confirm the reservation, you can request our sales team to send you the Tenancy Agreement, you will then be given 1-2 business days to sign and return the agreement. The finance team will issue an Invoice for the deposit and first month rent.

Upon Booking: Deposit
10 days before the lease starts: first month rent
Can we book per day? What is the minimum duration?
Our contracts are open ended and can be terminated by giving a 30-day notice on your desired end date. Kindly be informed that based on URA regulations, the minimum lease term is 3 months for residential property. Kindly check with our friendly sales team as we have properties that are allowed to be booked for as minimum as 7 days.
Is utilities included in the rent?
Yes, utilities (water, electricity, gas) are included and will be capped based on the apartment type. Example 1BR the utilities are included and capped at SGD100 per month for 2BR is SGD150 and SGD200 is 3BR.
